One more sleep until the 148th Beaver Valley Fall Fair

Are you ready?

Just a reminder that exhibits can be dropped off Thursday after 6:00 pm to the Beaver Valley Community Centre. Please ensure that you have completed tags attached to each exhibit with the Class and Section number on each one along with your name and phone number. Exhibits will be accepted until noon on Friday September 7. Judging begins at 1:00 and the doors will be closed to outsiders.

On Friday night, doors will reopen at 6:00 pm. At that time, we will have Beer and Cider Sampling in the Large Hall accompanied by an Open Mic night hosted by Stephanie Yarnell. There is a $5.00 charge for the sampling portion of the Fair.

Admission rates:

  • 2 day adult pass - $10
  • 1 day adult pass - $6
  • 2 day student pass - $7
  • 1 day student pass - $5
  • Elementary students and younger - FREE!

Have you tried Axe Throwing? Not as easy as you think. Challenge your friends to competition. $5 for 10 throws. If you are good enough to hit the Black Dot, you will win a prize!

At 8:30 (or dark) we will be having a Movie Under the Stars so bring your chair and blanket. Popcorn and drinks will be provided.

Saturday will wrap up with a wonderful Roast Beef Dinner at 5:30. Dinner includes roast beef with all the fixings, potatoes, farm fresh veggies, and more. Tickets are $15 for adults, kids aged 5 to 11 $7 and kids 4 and under eat for free. Tickets will be available from the Information Booth.
